We were not surprised to hear our employee John Good recently received such high praise from a customer. He has a friendly and engaging personality that is an asset to our entire team. His upbeat attitude is contagious and has infected the rest of our Customer Service Relations Department! We recently received this comment from a satisfied customer:
“I was in a state of distress over a running water meter. Thankfully John from Balkan picked up the call and was able to assist me. He is the only person I speak to that clearly states his name when he picks up the call. John is a polite person to speak to and extremely helpful. I consider John Good to be a huge asset to the customer service team. I was told I would receive a confirmation again today about tomorrow’s appointment. The meter at the house is constantly running costing me about $60 a day and would like to get this job done. Thank you for your time John. “
As our Senior Customer Service Relations contact, John is our ‘go to’ guy for customers experiencing water or sewer issues. His reassuring demeanor has helped calm many distraught customers over the years.

Amazingly, this stellar customer service rep initially applied to drive a truck for us! After meeting him, it was clear that his future with us lay down in an entirely different pathway. That was way back in 2005 and he has been an amazing customer service representative ever since.
John’s calm, friendly personality seemed a perfect fit for customer service. Although it was nothing like driving a truck, John accepted the challenge. He ‘shifted gears’ and cheerfully learned an entirely different skill set. Now his broad skill set and likable personality have made him a great asset, and a great teammate alike. As far as my co-workers go, I think we have a good group of people that work well together. I have always liked dealing with clients, and people in general. I not only take pride in my job, It makes me feel good when I can help someone solve their issue.
